Unholy purists, so keen to suck innocent blood
Nascent air smeared with deathly mud
For candid miracles, the innocents crave
Even unborn souls embrace their grave
They paint the world with shades of filth
In candour lives, plant thorns of death
Tots who danced to schools on happy feet
Barbarically their ends they meet
Auburn flames spread through lanes like forest fire
Terrified civilians succumb to mundane despair
As masked murderers wage their holy war
Amidst fragile men, they leave deathly scars
Peace and harmony remain as reminisce of a forgotten past
As memories of ruthless irony, through centuries, last
No flower shall bloom, no lark shall sing
As tremors of terror, to souls they cling
Make a silent prayer every night and morn
Let the roses bloom without a thorn
Let, from darkness, light be born
Let our world witness a flawless dawn.
In today's world terrorism is one of the most deadly threat to mankind. Innocent people are the prime targets of these savage terrorists. Innocent blood is spilt due to mass killings. All of us should join hands and combat unitedly against terrorism to erase such cruel acts from the phase of earth forever and restore harmony. Jai ho!!
