Was sulking around in my room as internals were round the corner. The summer heat was getting me on my nerves. It was around 10pm when i could hear the gentle pattering sound beside my window and felt the smooth breeze caress me. The awesome showers+cool breeze+bright flashes of lightening+fragrance of the mud turned me on and the product of all these put together is this......

Mellowed by mango showers
Pattering athwart my window pane
A muddled mind slowly mends
As I take a stroll in the misty lane.

Redeeming every soul to bliss
Painting life with flawless shades
Resonating into depths unknown
Nostalgic moments cease to fade.

Nascent breeze athwart my face blows
And curls dance to rythm divine
Enticed into illusions of utopian paradise
A restless poet's thoughts entwine.

I wade past the muddy puddles
As lucid droplets gleefully greet
I catch a glimpse of candid joy
As i hop along on happy feet.

Clad in ecstasies of eternal rain
A perfect day void of tears and pain
Ah! this day shall forever remain
As a pleasant memoir down the memory lane.
